This woman is a total disgrace to the K9 Professional, she can only quote stuff she has read from a book. Irene Howcroft has absolutely no knowlege of training in any way form or fashion. She needs to be shutdown to save some poors dogs from her abuse/puppy mill. If you get a chance just ask how many dogs are returned/replaced vs sold and you'll get the idea.
