I bought a jacket on ebay described as "brand new" but when I received it, it was old and worn, stained, and had deep scratches in the leather, it was ruined beyond repair and obviously not as the listing described. I had to open a claim with ebay to return it, and I received an email from ebay stating IN WRITING that all I had to do was return the item with a tracking number by a specific date and they would issue my refund within 48 hours of delivery to the seller.
