I've been dealing with CitiMortgage since November 2009, I had called them after my mother past away to find out what the monthly payments where and to catch up on the payments since her death. She and I had purchased the home together in 1985 she primarily lived in the home. Every time I called I was told I wasn't legally liable for this loan, never could get an answer of why, since she and I signed the papers. I contacted CitiMortgage from November 2009 thru May 2010.
