Ordered a cell phone and 30 days of service. Phone was to be overnighted. It took 5 days to arrive and had no working microphone. It has been 2 weeks and still waiting for a replacement. In the meantime days of service are being subtracted. Minutes were substracted for doing tests the service rep had me do. They made test calls to me and subtracted minutes for that, too. Customer service is a joke. They do not seem to comprhend what you try telling them. They keep repeating "I understand" when they clearly don't. I have never had such bad service for any product from any company. Goes to show...you get what you pay for. read full review »
