The service at Fenesta is absolutely the pits. Even to place an order on Fenesta, the customer is made to feel that Fenesta is doing him a favor. Then Fenesta does not adhere to delivery schedule/ dates committed. Except for the fact that look and quality of windows/ shutters supplied is normal, Fenesta would be the last vendor that I would like to deal with. After sales service post purchase from Fenesta is terrible to say the very least. Repairs to windows/ shutters requested for are not attended to.
