I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering our couch from the Morehead City, NC Ashley Furniture Store. Customer service was terrible--lie, lie, lie! First they said the couch had been in the warehouse a week because they did not have correct phone numbers to deliver. Suprise, I had the carbon copy with correct home and cell numbers. Second lie was that they would haul away the old couch. Instead of being up front they lied to make a sale. We are seniors so unlike our younger days we had to have the piece delivered.
