Eight weeks after ordering a pair of Converse Black Sabbath shoes, I got an email saying they are out of stock (website still shows them in stock) and asking me to pick a different pair. I said to cancel the order and refund the money but they won't do it. They say pick another pair or we will only refund 70% because of exchange rate. I said the exchange rate is their problem since they can't fill the order and they still refuse the give me a refund. So now they have my money, my cc info and I have no shoes.
