Dear Sir, I am Anilesh. On 13th may 2011 I had tried to withdrew Rs. 4000 from PUNJAB NATIONAL ATM Centre (Located at Overbridge, Trivandrum, Kerala) around 5.30 PM Hrs but the machine responded back with the message something like "Time out". However in the mean time Rs.4000 was debited from my account (Account No - 556302010004104 ( UNION BANK OF INDIA, MANACAUD BRANCH, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA), ATM Card No:4213 6855 6302 9944) although I have not received that cash from the ATM machine.
