AT&T has been screwing up my phone service for the past 3 years now. It all started with an office move. We were moving our office to a different suite in the same building. I was told the only thing that needed to be done was to switch our lines from one phone closet to another. A week before the move date, our phones and DSL line were shut off in the middle of a work day. We are a heavily phone and internet reliant business. We make and receive 400-500 calls a day.
