First off, what terrible customer service redbox has! I call in and talked to this agent name Dustin, and he goes onto say how these movies I've had out were returned after their return time being 9 pm. Bah hum bug ! i say! I totally returned before the return time and THAT DUSTIN KNOWS IT!!!
