I brought the bed 3 years ago and now it seems like I'm stuck with it. The problems are the electrical parts, complicated set up, moving it, overpriced and lack of help from customer service. My remote is giving me trouble now it controls the sleep number. It will cost me to replace it and I also have to pay for shipping and handeling. I don't know how I am going to move the bed since the matteress is made of foam rubber and a bladder that inflates which is attached to an electrical pump. It is a pain to set up.
