NC Housing Agency received $25 Million for the HPRP program. They release this money to Non Profit Groups as Grants to be used for the purpose of the HPRP program which is a federal program run by HUD. Gastonia NC Salvation Army received $700, 000 for such purpose. But the Salvation Army and the person in Charged over the program Craig Primm are using the funds for more than just HPRP.
