Dear sir, I Masood Arshad bought one nokia handset from your authorised dealer after using for month its touch screen is not working, then i went to the nokia authorised service center in okhla ph-2 they had examine the cell phone and said this set is tampered because at the back side of the cell phone the piece of tape was there. the service center man said he has never seen the tape on the hand set ever before in his whole life and wrote on the estimated sheet that this set is tampered i said i bought this set fron one of the authorised... read full review »
