I was allotted a Elife connection in June 2010 and everything worked fine till last week. Suddenly the line was disconnected. On checking with 101 to my surprise the staff told me there was a cancellation request from me. I did not initiate any cancellation request. My tel no.was some company's no. earlier and since it was inactive this no. was allotted to me. and now etisalat start chasing the payments from that no. and finally disconnected my phone without checking who is the new owner.
