Hi, I submitted a complaint to Emirates Airlines over 5 months ago (15 Dec 2010) and had them respond saying my complaints will be dealt with within a period of 30days and answers will be provided to me then...I then sent another email on the 4th Feb 2011 asking them whats the matter as its been so long and no one has gotten back to me, i then only received an email saying the investigation is still ongoing (4th Feb 2011)...i haven't still heard from them since and decided to send them an email on the 3rd March 2011 saying it'... read full review »
