Top TV has a 72 hour call back guarantee when you SMS your details to them, when you contact them it says you have a 24hour guarantee call back. Which never happened. I phone numerous times to TopTV to speak to the Supervisor, that was promising me that he will get someone to contact me back as soon as possible. Someone did phone me after 4days 20 minutes before closing time, when I ask the gentleman to please contact me on an alternative number (which I gave him) as my phone was nearly dying, he never phone back as he WENT HOME.
