My account was opened a long time ago, i went to musgrave branch to submit my FICA documentation AND to pick my bank card up and pay the fee, i gave them the fica documents and was told to pick my card up the following week (i have no idea why it would take a week for me to be issued a bank card, i have never had that problem at standard bank and FNB, Its issued same time) I went back to musgrrave today to collect my card only to be told that the manager has left thus i cannot get my... read full review »
