Tikona broadband no connection and no refund since last 3 months Hi, I applied for broadband connection and tikona executive reached my place and verified the signal and assured that the signal is good and asked me to choose a plan and I opted 6 months rental plan INR 799/- PM by paying inr 5293/- In cash on 27 feb 2011. Later their technical team approached to my place and said there is no signal, so installation wont be done. And said I will get refund within 2 weeks.
