I have two auto loans with Americredit. My first complaint is that I cannot trust them to credit a check by mail in a timely manner...therefore I do not know WHEN to mail them a check. If I mail the check 7 days before my due date it is like playing russian roulette, it may get there by the due date and if it is before the due date they process it immediately (I LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK AND CAN'T HAVE THAT HAPPEN); OR it gets there late and they tack a late charge on it even if it was only 2 or 3 days past the due date.
