Radialabs offer a free sample of their product and if you are not satisfied after 14 days you just email them and cancel the order and they will not send any products. Or that is what they promise. The truth however is that it is almost impossible to contact them via phone or email and when you do send an email it is ignored. When you phone they keep you waiting on the line for up to an hour.
