So not happy with Buy.com. Actually when I placed my order through Amazon.com (which I really like using and will continue to use), I found a vacuum I wanted offered up for sale through A&P Warehouse. When the vacuum arrived it was the wrong model and in no way matched my Amazon.com order. I followed the return instructions and got the RMA number and printed out the UPS return label.
