I bought a 2003 VW Beetle Convertible in March 2003. It was in the shop 22 times in 24 months, and Jim Ellis, Jr. told me it was supposed to leak. The roof broke several times; it leaked; the lights went out; the air bag light came on and stayed on for long periods; the electric windows broke; the cd changer broke; the wheel bearings went bad, etc. Jim Ellis VW could not fix the car and when the manager was asked to personally inspect the car to see if repairs had been done properly before calling me to pick it up, he didn't so inspect it... read full review »
