This company claims their bags are %100 authentic with minor defects, in reality they're bags are NOT Authentic, the pictures on their website is of real bags those are not the bags you will receive and the defects are HUGE and visable then when you call to exchange or return they only have 1-2 people that answer phones all the time and they are SOOO Rude and Unprofessional. I received a bag that does not even open! DO NOT BUY FROM PENDOZA! Save yourself the headache, shipping and the feeling of getting ripped off and to top it off they're 2-4 person staff is unprofessional! read full review »
