IBSN has becoem completely unreachabel to me immediately after making the fee payment. The tax document preapared was wrong and i wanted to discuss to correct. I e-mail and called them infinite number of times but have not heard drom them even once. I kept on waiting till last minute for their call but never heard from them till now. The amazing thing is that they would receive and call back and answer all question till i made payment, but once i made the payment it was always going to the voicemail and noone ever called me back. read full review »
