C.P.S got involved with my child and I on feb-17-2011 for a check on my son from an incodent that got violent from which i was arrested for the night before. That day C.P.S came i agreed to a protection plan and signed one. That ended on 2-23-2011. On 2-24-2011 I was diagnosed with P.T.S.D so I signed over Power of Attorney rights over me and my son as well as temporary custody over my son to my mother in that.
