I am the headmaster of a school which I shall not name for security reasons. I went to your store located in Scurry. I went to the sports department and asked the muggle working there for quaffles, a golden snitch bulgers and a firebolt. The muggle there had no idea what I was talking about. So I asked to speak to the manager and he had no clue. He said he never carried or even heard of those things. I know that they are all muggles, but come on even muggles must have heard of quidditch. I went on a three hour tour with my friend Mary Anne, a professor, a skipper and a millionaire. The tour was fine at first, but then there was this big storm that blew us off course. We ended up stranded on an Island for several years before we were rescued. There we made our own hut and learned how to survive for 25 years before we were rescued. Yestereday was my son Dudley's 11th Birthday. We like to call him Dudders(well my wife Petunia does anyway.) Anyways here is my story about how you guys ruined my son's birthday. I work at one of your restaurants and let me tell you that my boss Gordon Ramsey is really a nutcase. I am one of the chefs at your restaurant and well I am under pressure to work. It is hard to work with your boss breathing down you back and shouting insults at you and the other chefs. Not only does he treat the staff like crap, but the way he talks to customers is downright rude. Whenever a customer complains he is rude to them.
