I purchased a little mini-dachsund puppy las year from these barbaric "puppy millers!" As soon as my "baby" arrived, he was undernourished, and within 4 hours I was runnin to my local emergency pet clinic where he was diagnosed with ADVANCED STAGES" of PARVO!
