I bought a cell phone from stephanis (sony ericsson ) and payed 115 Euro with a two year guarantee. Six months later the charging component of the cell phone stopped working, took it to the company for repair. After two weeks they said that the problem wasn't fixable and the cell phone would not be replaced in spite of the guarantee because as they argued it was my fault. I apparently caused an internal damage to the cell phone charging input by trying too hard to attach the charger to it. I was never reimbursed or the phone replaced i wasted 115 Euro and had to throw away the cell phone. read full review »
