We are using samsung 1 ton split AC from 2006. Very recently as part of routine servicing we called the service enginner. Immediately the AC which was in working condition stopped working.Another enginner came after a week and told us that power circuit is broken. Since I stay in Mumbai and the AC is in Durgapur, Westbengal my father had visited several times to the servive centre and reveived very annoying behavior from the representative.
