My boyfriend has been paying his insurance premiums for at least 3 years, and the insurance enables him to cancel his contract early. Having been to the carphone warehouse to process this, he shortly recieved a letter to say the claim had been successful and that he was able to cancel his contract early. There was a system error at the carphone warehouse when we went the 1st time, and we were told it must be an IT issue, 4 weeks later the geek squad insurance company admitted the problem was their fault but it still hadn't been resolved... read full review »
