Do not go to Ulta for hair color or highlights. You will be charged through the nose and not even like you hair. The management will do nothing to help correct the issue and if you want your hair fixed correctly your only option is to pay even more money and go to another salon where it will be fixed by a more knowledgeable and skilled staff. read full review »
