I took my car into for a oil and lube, and front end alignment. I got a call while they were servicing it. I need a new tensioner, and both belts. Initially I told them that needed to come see the work before I could authorize it. But as the day wore on, I called back and said I want all old parts. When I go in to pick up my car, the representative, shows me a cut belt with some wear an just beginning to show small cracks, the other belt is uncut, and still looks almost brand new as he tries to convince me that it was worn, I still have that... read full review »
