I don't know where to start, I was planning to surprise my wife with flowers for our 2nd anniversary. I specifically asked them to show up the next day before 11am. Morning deliverys are between 9am-12pm. They NEVER SHOWED UP. I called to request for a refund, they said they would call me back. All I got after that was an email saying that the flowers were delivered which is absolute nonesense. Surprise was ruined, and they're trying everything to avoid refunding me... CROOKS!!! What a huge disappointment for a company that prides on quality and delivery on time... shut down this terribly run company ! read full review »
