Dear Madam/Sir, I also booked a flat from M/s Buildtech Engineers Vashi in Dec.2009. Till date, he has not given the building possession and also he is not attending me even on phone also. I have paid 1, 00, 000/- till the month of Feb'10 as agreed and balance amt. will be the housing loan amt.and they promised me to get registration done by Mar'10 and possession in the month of June'10.
