I bought a voucher for £25 plus charge of £5 for part of my husband's retirement present. Ryan-air decided to not travel out of Belfast where we fly from and I requested refund of voucher. This was refused and I wrote to them again saying I thought it was unfair as we were pensioners and couldn't afford to lose this.
