DO NOT USE Travelocity. I recently booked a hotel with them and was charged twice for the room and when it came time to get my money back from travelocity for one of the room charges they are only refunding a portion and said they are keeping a portion of it for a fee so they recieved the full room charge plus a portion of the duplicate charge.
