I am a regular customer at the Tim Horton's franchise in the West Edmonton Mall location. There were a few times where I fell short on change, "Twice to be precise". When I was short, the cashier was sympathetic to my embarrassment. I thought this was really good service. "In fact I would have taken it so far as to recommend the branch to several of my friends, that the people working there are great."
