I have had Virgin Mobile for about three months now and I really like it until tonight when I was trying to top up my service!!! I have been having trouble with my debit card because it is a new one, so I ask the customer service rep to hold on just one second while I get my husbands card and not even one minute later I hear him screaming "Ma'am Ma'am" and I pick up the phone and he very rudely said "I dont have time to wait on you!
