Hi I am yamini patel, My mom went in flight #AI127 Seat #18D, She has many problems in her trip, and when she asked for help she wasn't offered helpfully on top of that she was told off by the air hostess and when she asked for a complaint form, they acted rudely with her and didn't help her out. I really didn't like the service offered, If we are paying so much we shouldn't be treated rudely, I hope whoever read this, understands and takes some action against this.
