Stuck with a timeshare that we shouldn't have bought -- for the amount we use it versus maintenance fees and payments -- however; trying to pay it down but can never get a statement which reflects the actual payment we send it. Have sent certified letters to the financial managers but never get responses; have asked for explanation and actual accounting -- where is the extra money going -- it never shows up on statements. How does one get a response and to what governmental authority do we complain? Thanks read full review »
