Seccion Amarilla has engaged in a repeated fraudulent activity of rackeeting, this time the victim being the US Goverment. Exploiting the Ntl Flood Insurance program of FEMA they have sold advertising space to the expense of FEMA at rates between 6 to 1o times HIGHER than they charge regular clients and to lure insurance agents to participate they throw a kickback of free advertising in other sections, deal which is kept hidden from FEMA.
