Asked for a trim. Explained I didn't want the style altered; just wanted the bulk trimming out. Result was a lop-sided cut, one side shorter/thinner than the other. The back was uneven, a chunk missing, one part noticeably spiked longer. Paid cash; she put it into the drawer. I noticed she seemed to take too much money out of the drawer.
