I rented a movie, the next day when I went to return it the movie stayed stuck in the drop off and would not confirm a return. When i received my charge receipt and emailed them back stating what happened. Two months later I see a charge. I called them and they would not reverse the charge stating they could not find the video anywhere and due to time restraints there was nothing they could do. I asked Jason #18567909 for his email address to send my notification and surprise he does not have an email address (SCAM FOR WHAT??) DO NOT RENT FROM REDBOX, THEY ONLY RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS WHEN IT SUITS THEM. read full review »
