My account was recently switched to Wells Fargo, I was a long time Wachovia customer. And my complaint is not because I am partial to Wachovia, they had their own issues. My complaint is about the transition, and the fact that Wells Fargo canceled my debit/visa, then I had to spend 30 minutes escalating to receive a reason and for them to act like they moved mountains to have it "rushed" to me in 2 business days.
