Hi, We have raised a complaint on our non working state of Onida washing machine 7.5 kgs on 2nd may. On many reminders, service engineer (Ramesh) came to check the washing machine and informed that there is some switch which needs to be replaced. After that no response from him till date. Today, when we tried reaching him, after so many calls, he picked up and says that switch is not available. He also, says that, switch can be available at outside, but no bill will be available.
