Arrived at hotel and 2 clerks and manager behind counter. Took over 40 minutes to get room assigned even though reserved and prepaid. Facility had suffered fire damage that was not properly repaired. I am a fire investigator/ insurance investigator for State of TN. Smell was overwellming. Rooms 222, 223, 224, 225 all affected that I know of. Was in these rooms. Had to wait over an hour and had to threaten action against hotel if room reservation not honored. Manager unreliable as he kept trying to lie saying there was no fire.
