I had requested to reactivate my Airtel Broadband service on Airtel fixedline number 08041655326. Its been over a month and have not received any service yet, I had to call the customer support over 20-30 times, they came to collect the documents twice i get SMS that says its been worked on but have not got service since 22nd of april since i placed the request. every new support person i speak to gives me a new date and new time but nothing worked till date.
