We placed a purchase order two months ago for plastic PP and LDPE with Mr. Kevin Zao, we made a $40, 000 USD down payment and after that, Mr. Zhao started changing delivery dates of our merchandise. Then he asked for us to split our order. Finally we decided to travel to China and visit them. The company does not manufacture, they are a trade company.
