shoddy useless software. I have 3 items- office 10, microsoft 7 pro and microsoft 7 nhome ed. all of them jhave failed, all crash unexpectedly and none is reliable. When demanded, Microsoft have sent me 2 copies of windows XP nbut despite requests have not given me insrructions about whether and how I get rid of the windows 7.typuical. they refuse to acknowledge that there are problems and that others may ahve experienced these too.
