i want to file a complain against tikona wi-fi. my user id is 1103758999 and may name is RAKESH BAJPAI i got connected with tikona on 11th may and I have paid Rs. 1213/- for installation changes in advance. The guy promised me for the good speed and active customer service but i found all this wordings as fake and i am just fed up with this slow speed and very poor customer service. i have filed complain on 12th may but no one come for the checking i have complained at least 20 to 25 times but i am not getting any response from this fraud and... read full review »
